It’s Been a While…

So obviously I haven’t been updating this site as much lately. I’ve found that between my “All things geek” site and my daily photography site that I simply don’t have that much else to share with you all. Because of this I’ve been trying to come up with a proper plan for this site’s future and I think that I’ve finally settled on the idea of making it into a DJ and photography portfolio for myself. I’ll keep up the old entries up for the fun of it though, so need to worry if you like what’s here already. Anyways, there’s no set time frame for all of this. It’s basically going to get done when I can find the time and inspiration. I thank you for stopping by and, as always, feel free to say hi!

Funnily enough, I was under the original impression that “Creep” was a new street artist around town. Here’s a photo that I snapped last month of their work. Really great imagery, eh? Turns out that Creep is actually the DJ / Production duo of Lauren Flax and Lauren Dillard out of Brooklyn. Who knew! Cool lil track tho, eh?

If you’re in NYC be sure to visit Bar Basque – a bar / lounge which was designed by Syd. The service was atrocious when I went, but the interior MORE than made up for it.

The Black Angels Live in France

Love this band so it’s especially great to see them doing well for themselves – it’s definitely been a longtime coming. This performance is a little less than a week old from the “La Route Du Rock” festival in france. Keep an eye out for their new record “Phosphene Dream” coming out on Sept 14th in the US.
